William “Billy” Farias

Billy Farias is a retired law enforcement officer, Vietnam Veteran, US Navy, Desert Storm Veteran, and USCG retired.  He is also a volunteer with the Guardian Ad Lidem program, and a US Naval Sea Cadet Corp Officer/Instructor.  Mr. Farias moved to Franklinville from Florida and has been a resident for the past 8 years.  He is married, a father and grandfather, a college graduate, and fluent in Spanish.
