New Service Information

Welcome to Franklinville! To begin water service, please come to the Town Hall located at 203 W. Main St. in Franklinville to complete the service application.  We are open to new customers from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.
*To have water turned on the same day you apply, you must come in before 1:45 pm to complete the application process.
*To sign up for Automatic Bank Draft, please bring your bank account number and routing number with you.

*If you a renting, please bring:

Signed lease (hard copy or by email on your cell phone)

1. Driver’s License
2. Social Security Card
3. Connect Fee/Deposit – $150.00 in cash or paid on a credit/debit card

*If you are owning, please bring:

1. Bill of Sale or Closing paperwork
2. Driver’s License
3. Social Security Card
4. Connect Fee/Deposit – $100.00 in cash or paid on a credit/debit card
