Water Turn Off/On: Citizens should allow one working day for water service to be turned on or off. Call Town Hall to request a service change. Town Maintenance staff work such service requests into their schedules as work permits. Please note that requests for service changes made after 2:00 pm will not be worked until the next business day. Emergency requests will be handled on an individual basis.
Bill Payment Options (Water/Sewer): Payments may be paid online, mailed to Town Hall or paid in person during regular business hours. To pay online visit, https://franklinvillenc.org/on-line-payment. A drop box is provided beside the entrance door to Town Hall for dropping off billing statement payments after hours. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, check or money order.
