Richard D. Goodwin

Currently serving in his third term as Commissioner, Richard is also a former board member of the planning board for the town and past board member of the Franklinville Improvement Association.

His civic local involvement includes Vice President of the Ramseur Eastern Randolph Area Chamber of Commerce and member of the Deep River Rail Trail. Richard is a member of Franklinville United Methodist Church. He’s a graduate of Eastern Randolph High School and studied business at Randolph Community College. His current employment is with a local textile firm where he’s worked for 29 years.
