Do you want to build a Scarecrow?
Create your own scarecrow and bring it to Riverside Park on Saturday, November 7, at 8:00 a.m. You will find a hay bale with your number on it (you will receive your number when you sign up). This is where you will place your scarecrow in the center of the hay bale for display.
Sign up by calling 336-824-2604, emailing clerk@franklinvillenc.org, or just stopping by Town Hall.
Enjoy a day of community spirit, creativity, and impactful giving.
The winner will be announced at 6:30 p.m., just before the movie.
