A.C. Hurley has served as Commissioner for more than 20 years and serves as Mayor Pro-tem. A.C. and his family have lived in Franklinville for 36 years.
Currently serving in his third term as Commissioner, Richard is also a former board member of the planning board for the town and past board member of the Franklinville Improvement Association.
